We understand that once you’ve purchased your timepiece, you’ll be eager to receive it — and rightly so. Every Oakbury watch is professionally checked and serviced (if required) before they are  released from our hands to yours, ensuring it arrives quickly, safely, and beautifully presented.

Dispatch Times

All in-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Timeframes usually take

• UK Delivery: 1–3 working days
• International Delivery: 5–10 working days (depending on location and customs clearance)

Shipping & Insurance

Every order is fully tracked and insured from dispatch to delivery for complete peace of mind. A signature will be required upon receipt.

Packaging

Your watch will arrive in secure, discreet packaging and is carefully checked, photographed, and verified by two members of our team before dispatch.

International Orders

Please note that import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon entry into your country.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of the expected delivery date so we can work with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.

Accuracy of Address

Please ensure your delivery details are complete and correct at the time of ordering. Oakbury cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete information.

At Oakbury, we understand that from time to time, you might simply change your mind — and that’s okay. We want you to feel completely confident when purchasing from us, which is why we offer a straightforward and transparent returns process.

Eligibility

You may return your item within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:

The watch is in the exact condition it was supplied — unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and documentation.

The item has not been worn, handled excessively, or adjusted (for example, bracelet links removed, stickers taken off, or time/date functions set).

Please note that personalised, engraved, or special-order watches are non-returnable unless found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our team to notify us of your intention to return.
2. Securely package the item in its original packaging.
3. Ship it using a tracked and insured courier service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL Express).
4. Include your delivery note or proof of purchase inside the parcel.
5. The watch remains your responsibility until it is safely received and inspected by Oakbury Watches Ltd

Inspection & Refunds

Once your return arrives, our specialists will carefully inspect it to confirm that it meets our return criteria. Refunds will be processed once inspection is complete:

• Bank Transfer / Crezco payments: within 1–3 business days
• Card Payments (Stripe): within 5–10 business days, depending on your card provider

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund — including standard delivery costs — in line with your legal rights.

Late or Damaged Returns

We reserve the right to reject or apply a reasonable deduction to refunds for items returned outside the 14-day period or that arrive damaged, incomplete, or showing signs of wear beyond what’s necessary to inspect the product.
